Scott started this business after 25 years of watching recruitment go wrong, for candidates and companies alike. As the market shifted and businesses became less willing to pay agency fees, he saw a gap: candidates needed proper support to stand out, and companies needed smarter ways to hire. So he built both. The UK business has been running for 10 years. The UAE operation launched 2 years ago because the hiring challenges there, and the candidates who need help, are remarkably similar.
